Welcome to Ticket Sell. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and ticket booking services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or creating an account on our platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Ticket Sell website and associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ticket Sell, a company registered and operating in Ireland.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior individual notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed about our policies and practices.
If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation or another individual, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity or person to these terms. In such cases, references to "you" and "your" in these terms shall refer to such entity or person.
Ticket Sell provides an online platform that enables users to browse, select, and purchase tickets for a wide variety of events including concerts, theatre performances, sporting events, festivals, comedy shows, and other live entertainment experiences. Our platform is designed to make the ticket buying process fast, straightforward, and accessible to everyone in Ireland and beyond.
We act as an intermediary between event organisers and ticket buyers, facilitating the transaction process and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about all events listed on our platform, we do not organise, promote, or manage the events themselves. The responsibility for the quality, scheduling, and execution of events lies solely with the respective event organisers.
Our services include event discovery, seat selection where applicable, secure payment processing, digital ticket delivery, and customer support for all transactions made through our platform. We may also offer additional services such as event notifications, personalised recommendations, and group booking assistance from time to time.
To purchase tickets through our platform, you may be required to create a user account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases on our platform. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. Ticket Sell will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your account, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
All ticket purchases made through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of order. Prices displayed on our website are in Euro (€) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. A service fee may be applied to each transaction, and this will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payment information is processed through secure, encrypted channels in compliance with PCI DSS standards. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.
Once a purchase is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your ticket details and a unique booking reference. This confirmation serves as your proof of purchase. Tickets are typically delivered electronically to the email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is correct and that you check your inbox, including spam and junk folders, for delivery confirmation.
Ticket Sell reserves the right to limit the number of tickets that may be purchased for any single event by one individual or account. Any orders that exceed the stated ticket limit may be cancelled without notice. This policy is in place to ensure fair access to events for all customers.
All ticket sales are final once the purchase has been confirmed. Due to the nature of live event ticketing, we are generally unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after a transaction has been completed. We strongly recommend that you carefully review all event details, including date, time, venue, and seating information, before finalising your purchase.
In the event that an event is cancelled by the organiser, Ticket Sell will facilitate a full refund of the ticket face value. Service fees and delivery charges may or may not be refundable depending on the circumstances and the policies of the event organiser. Refunds for cancelled events will be processed to the original payment method within 14 to 21 business days of the cancellation announcement.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will typically remain valid for the new date. In such cases, refunds are generally not available unless the event organiser specifically authorises them. We will communicate any changes to event scheduling to all affected ticket holders via email as soon as we receive notification from the organiser.
In exceptional circumstances, such as a significant change to the event format or venue relocation that materially affects the experience, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such requests should be submitted to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving notification of the change.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account, cancellation of any pending orders, and potential legal action:

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or services provided through our platform. Event details, including dates, times, venues, lineups, and programme information, are provided by event organisers and are subject to change without notice. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information displayed on our website, we cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions, or changes made by third parties.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific ticket or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve-month period preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ticket Sell, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms of Service, your violation of any rights of any other person or entity, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with us in defending such claims. You agree not to settle any matter subject to indemnification without our prior written consent.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Ticket Sell. These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit through links on our platform. Any dealings you have with third parties found through our website, including participation in promotions or purchase of goods and services, are solely between you and the third party. Ticket Sell shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of such dealings.
When attending events for which you have purchased tickets through our platform, you are subject to the venue's terms of entry, house rules, and any specific conditions set by the event organiser. These may include restrictions on photography, recording devices, bag sizes, prohibited items, and behavioural expectations. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these policies before attending an event.
Venues and event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, who poses a safety risk, or who fails to comply with venue policies. In such cases, no refund will be provided. Ticket Sell is not responsible for any denied entry or ejection from events due to your failure to comply with venue or organiser requirements.
Some events may have age restrictions or require valid identification for entry. Please check event details carefully before purchasing tickets to ensure that all attendees meet the necessary requirements. Tickets for age-restricted events will not be refunded if attendees are unable to gain entry due to failure to meet age or identification requirements.
Ticket Sell shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government actions or restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or industrial action, utility or communication failures, and any other event that could not have been reasonably foreseen or prevented.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence that affects an event for which you have purchased tickets, we will work with event organisers to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include rescheduling, offering alternative arrangements, or processing refunds where applicable. We will communicate any decisions to affected ticket holders as promptly as possible.
We are committed to resolving any disputes or concerns in a fair and timely manner. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. The mediation shall take place in Dublin, Ireland, and the costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened breach of confidentiality, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
Ticket Sell reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page. We may also provide additional notice of significant changes through our website or by email. Material changes will take effect no sooner than thirty days after they are posted, except that changes addressing new features of our services or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately.
Your continued use of our platform after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should discontinue use of our services and close your account. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed about our current terms and conditions.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid, invalid, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Each provision of these terms is severable from the others.
The failure of Ticket Sell to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Ticket Sell. A waiver of any breach or default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding these Terms of Service, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team is available to assist you with any queries related to our terms, your rights, or your obligations as a user of our platform.
